These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Lashly (the "Service"), a subscription app (SaaS) for lash artists and beauty studios. By accessing or using the Service you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
Lashly provides tools for managing scheduling, appointments, clients, inventory, online bookings and business data analysis.
To use Lashly you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Lashly is free up to a certain number of active clients, and in any case with no limits at all for an initial period after the account is created. Once the free client threshold is exceeded, using the Service requires a monthly fee calculated based on the number of active clients, according to the pricing tiers shown at any time in the app's "Subscription" section. Prices shown include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change thresholds and prices with reasonable notice to active users.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app's "Subscription" section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period; except where required by law, no refunds are provided for already-billed, unused periods.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with the law and not to use it for unlawful purposes, to violate third-party rights, or to upload offensive, misleading or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Data you enter into the Service (clients, appointments, cards, inventory data and similar) remains your property. You can export it at any time using the export functions available in the app. We handle this data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the Service available and functioning, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including interruptions, data loss not attributable to willful misconduct or gross negligence, or malfunctions of third-party services the Service depends on.
We may periodically update these Terms. In the event of substantial changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
For any questions about these Terms, you can contact us through the support channels indicated in the Service.
This document is for general informational purposes and does not replace personalized legal advice. We recommend having these Terms reviewed by a professional before considering them final for your business.
